@superloopau do you guys have a network status monitor/feed for customers? Impossible to know if it’s nbn, me or you making my gbps run at 9mbps speed as though it’s capped (dashboard says it isn’t).

@superloopau Will a changeover from another ISP (NBN HFC) to you guys booked for the 1st happen on Sunday....even know it's a Sunday? Just double checking Sunday connections are a thing, had it booked for over a week but only just realised the 1st is a Sunday.

I swear, if @superloopau doesn't start to actually communicate with NBN, and get their answers straight. Meant to be connected to service on the 5th, system didn't book technicians in time, still took my money and billed for the month, constant back and forth on phone/chat /1
