@ShipBrief Counsel have the written copy - but are uncertain as to whether they can disclose it to me and are checking with judge. Causing delay. I was in court for ex tempore oral judgment which judge has now written down + formally handed down. What's the problem?

** Lawyers of Twitter If a judgment has been handed down IN OPEN COURT .. and counsel have copies of the judgment .. but it isn't yet available on TNA or BAILLI - .. should I be able to see it too? I watched this hearing + have blog pending.
