Beautiful and didactic paper on Granger causality by former labmates @tisogai2015 and Jungsik Noh at @gdanuser1. They measure signal variations across tiny image patches (0.25 μm²!) moving with the membrane to disentangle correlation from causation in molecular pathways!

Another open #PHDPosition in #ComputerVision for #CellBiology. We are looking for an enthusiastic student to push the envelope in the analysis of molecular dynamics across scales and automate navigation in 5D datasets. Info at bit.ly/3eih8NC. Deadline June 30th!
