We just got unbanned. The Pokex account is back online. We’ve changed the label to a fan account. This account is currently used for testing to make sure we don’t get suspended again after the unban. @pokexgh

For now, we’re waiting for support to resolve the shadow ban issue on the agent account. There will be a small update soon, fixing a few bugs and adding some new features. Also, Pokex will be available on iOS and Android with the UI and some functions once the app stores approve it.

@ereptyle It will be fixed soon. We're still adjusting Trainer Levels and a few other things. Right now, the leaderboard only shows the top 50 players, but everyone will be displayed soon, and a search button will be added as well. Sorry about that

@tapiokabpq Is the leaderboard not fully synced or did it change somehow? A lot of people (me included) are not in there after the update.

@Crypt0n1te7 I think your session may have expired. Try opening it from a browser if you're on mobile, then log in to X again and confirm your details. If it still doesn't work, don't worry,,it should auto-fix, and the ball will be automatically added to your account.
