Watching RNG to see if it is going to replay its Gap/Run/Pullback scenario of Feb/March/April as it tries to breakout of its 3 year trading range. Two charts attached

Caught my eye. RNG attempting a breakout from 3+ yr bottoming/accumulation pattern. Now nicely > its 50 & 200D M/As; vol expanded on pop above the range; RS looking perky. It's a global cloud communications enterprise. Daily & Hrly charts attached $RNG, $IWF, $IWY, $IWV

$DBC , a broad commodity based ETF, is knocking on the ceiling of a 4yr range. In June 2022 DBC hit a closing wkly Hi of $30.23, it's been < that since. This morning, DBC finally traded > the 2022 high. Nibbling here . . . Need to push & close higher to confirm a breakout!

DBA, an agriculture based ETF, attempting to break above a downwardly sloping overhead resistance line that's held price in check since Feb 2025. Closed > line yesterday & higher still in pre open. Vol exploded past 2 months. Looks playable. Grabbed a bunch w/a stop below $27.06

During WWII the mkt bottomed April 1942. The war ended in 1945. This mkt bottomed 3/30/26 & has EXPLODED higher since. Don't know what it sees that it likes so much, but one wonders if maybe a comprehensive regional settlement can be hammered out? Something's got this mkt excited

Just for shits & giggles here is a prediction. Would bet that as the 8PM deadline for Trump's threat to annihilate Iran nears he will announce that while there is no deal yet . . . enough progress is being made in talks that he is going to hold off for now.

Market has, cause of exogenous events, wrung excess bullishness with a modest pullback. This has been a drip decline absent a capitulation puke. Decline is opportunity. Where is ultimate low? No one knows. But, **IF** S&P can close > 6,500 would b big 1st constructive hint. $SPY

A mkt pattern develops. Beginning of a week is for rallying & the end is for selling. No one wants to hold over weekends. Why? This Admin announces mkt disrupting news after the close on Friday's. Is a ground invasion coming? If so, would happen after 4PM on a Friday. $SPY, $QQQ

Posted about the Zweig Breadth Thrust indicator on 3/9. The ZBT closed last wk < the 40 low trigger level. Now has 10 trading days to rally > 61.5 for bull signal. It's up 20% as I write @ 47ish. Has terrific success record when bull signal activated. Watching closely. $SPY $QQQ

This weeks AAII Sentiment Survey just released, shows a big pop in bearishness, up 11%, now @ 46.4% bears. Hard not to feel bearish w/oil shut-in @ Hormuz, & can stay shut-in for long time, if Iran wants. Mullahs may do a Jimmy Carter 2.0 to Trump- let him twist in the wind?

My working theory is SP500 futures lo of 6584, which is @ top of my major support range, is THE lo for this dump. Question then is whether we return to b4 war scare w/weak techs, strong smaller caps, value & int'l stocks, or if those techs & growth stks retake lead. Think latter

Taking a victory lap after posting when Asia opened last night with oil up 27% to 120/bbl & equity mkts down 5-8% that, "TACO time draws nearer!" As US neared today's close lo & behold it was reported, "Stocks Surge After Trump Says Iran War Is 'Very Complete' Cha Ching!!!

Bought some $EWY @ $128.52, the ETF proxy for the S Korean mkt. Has been very strong this year and got hit pretty hard over the past 10 days but appears to have a good chance of successfully bouncing off of its 50D M/A. Looks like a corrective dunk & rinse.

FYI, sold my position in XOP this morning. Had it about 1mo, in @ $143 & change, out at $167 & change . . . the blue Ns on the chart show where I got in and out. Don't know if this sector goes higher, or not, but think the quick & ez part of the trade is done

Zweig Thrust Index now < 40%, the trigger level that starts its 10 trading day clock ticking to see if it can trade up to 61.5% within that time frame. The ZTI has been a good indicator historically. Like, too, that the VIX has traded up to 35 this morning. Real fear in the air
