High tech hillbilly farmer. Liberals have destroyed Canada to the point of no return. It is long overdue for the west to divorce Canada.

I have a huge favor to ask of anyone that supports Alberta Independence. If you see a post about a pop up signing location, please repost it if it is current. It doesn't matter if you have 1 follower or 100K. Not everyone sees every post about locations, get the word out!

Happy Easter Weekend, everyone! 🐰🙏 Another fantastic day out collecting signatures for Alberta Independence in Langdon! Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by to sign, chat, or just show your support — it truly means the world to us. I’m continually humbled by the encouragement and especially proud of how informed our supporters are. Not just on Alberta’s future, but on what’s really happening across Canada and the world. Real conversations like these keep the fire burning! We’ve got incredible momentum — let’s blow past the signature threshold and build toward an undeniable majority. Keep pushing, Alberta! Let’s go! 💪🇦🇧 #AlbertaIndependence #StayFreeAlberta #AlbertaStrong @RiseOfAlberta

@DrPaulND I must have missed your question so please link it. If it is about the non existent "Alberta currency " I have no idea. I am not an economist and don't play with "what if's". My question is straight forward and not one person has answered it.

@ted_someone What about my question? How much would an independant Alberta currency be worth during an Oil Price crash such as happened in Alberta in 2020? The rest of Canada buffered our currency considerably during that time.

Please show where Canadian money built Alberta and helped through the bad times.
lukecantlift__@skymosher780

@BrackishBetty And you now wanting to separate or not be Canadian is wild, Canadian money built Alberta, help through very bad times in oil. Multiple times. You’re being brainwashed but social media……you can’t even define what a conservative is what a liberal is. Jus wake up

@FechoLarry Yup Alberta did receive equalization payments in 64-65. Care to address how much Alberta tax payers sent to the federal government in any given year? Your choice....

@ted_someone Previous to oil, Alberta received equalization. Since early 1900s, fed helped with research and tax incentive to figure out how to process tar sands. During last oil downturn and COVID, Alberta received more per capita than any other province. Suck up the entitlement attitude

@rippedoffinYEG @stayfreealberta Alberta has tried negotiating and has gotten nowhere. So thers is no negotiating anymore unfortunately, this is why we are where we are. As far as the vote goes, of course I will accept it even if I don't like it.

@ted_someone @stayfreealberta If that’s your belief, so be it. I feel a lot can be accomplished with better negotiating, not bashing Ottawa with insults and sowing the seeds of discontent. If the majority vote is no, will you accept the outcome?

I’m seeing reports that signature collection is really picking up! Hearing that we’ve reached the statutory threshold has motivated even more Albertans to get out and sign — showing their strong support for a better, independent Alberta. If you’re tired of the status quo, now’s the time to sign and spread the word. Your signature counts! Just like your Albertan vote will count for the first time in Alberta’s history on October 19, 2026.

@rippedoffinYEG @stayfreealberta Fair enough. Why I think it is necessary is because the west in general has no say in the federal government. Election is done at the Manitoba border, senate seats are no better. Not about pipeline or equalization, just about being fair to a region that just wants to do it's best

@ted_someone @stayfreealberta A question that requires an answer. If the vote triggers a separation of Alberta from Canada, what happens next? The petition signers are hoping the referendum leads to a yes result, do they not? Instead of labels like “strength” and “prosperity”, tell us how it will happen.

@ted_someone @stayfreealberta And after they do that you will explain to them in detail what they’re signing for? I mean, you wouldn’t sign a mortgage document or a purchase agreement for a vehicle without reading it first, would you?

Great day at the Peace Bridge area. Lots of signatures and some very bad swear words, but sticks and stones. I will never stop informing Albertans how much better we will be once we get a seat at the adults table. That's how I feel with our 6 senators, where as Ottawa has 24!
