Dear message to myself for March.
February ends in two more days & i would like to say that my message and mindset now has drastically changed since my post in january.
i havnt had a single negative &/or depressing thought since january. (1/10).

Dear message to myself for February. January ends in one week & so far i feel more motivated, energized, confident, and ready to explore the pieces and challenges in life that has been avoidant, overlooked and neglected. however i still feel the unforgettable depression-- (1/10).
