Texifier updates for macOS 26 and iOS are now out. Please download from your usual channels.

On macOS Sequoia, a few users have had problems with typesetting documents that rely on the LaTeX package minted. It uses a tool called pygmentize. Please see the following article if you're having problems too, texifier.com/docs/apps/type… Hope this is helpful. Essentially, please ensure that your `PATH` environment variable is set up properly so the typeset process can find the installed `pygmentize` binary.

Having problems with running Texifier 1.9.22 and later versions on macOS 11 (Big Sur)? Please see texifier.com/docs/apps/trou… and downgrade to version 1.9.21. Version 1.9.22 and later will support macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 13 (Ventura) and the latest macOS 14 (Sonoma).

Hey @texifier any updates on this? Also found other commands not work with fontspec, like \nohyphens{} with the hyphenat package. XeLaTeX over cloud works fine, local TexpadTeX typesetter ignoring \nohyphens{}.

Hey @texifier, getting a ‚improper discretionarly list‘ error, when using \- together with fontspec… works fine on cloud typesetter. Do you think you might get this fixed?

@texifier anyone else having a hard time getting any support since the transition? I can't even output a PDF for my book anymore. Used to work flawlessly, but after 2 bug reports I am still on my own.

Since the name change from Texpad to Texifier, we've been asked where the Application Support folder on macOS is. It's still under Texpad to aid transition: texifier.com/docs/apps/trou…

@texifier Does TexpadTeX have support for a local config file per project (similar to how Latexmk uses .latexmkrc files to set paths to custom class files)? I know that TexpadTeX supports adding paths to shared TEX files, but that's a global setting afaik. Thanks in advance!
