أكثر نشاط كان يشد انتباهي استمراره بالسوق وعلى العكس من توقعاتي بأفوله كنت كل مرة اشوف مكاتب جديدة تفتح وتتوسع. وكان هو بحثي بداية السنة. ومما توصلت له أن المواقع الالكترونية والتطبيقات تبيع لك أداة تخدمك في أن تنجز ما تريده بنفسك وبشكل أسرع ولكنها لا تبيعك خدمة وحل متكامل. الأداة لا تقوم عنك ولا تشاركك في التفكير والتخطيط والمتابعة وهي تفترض جاهزيتك للتنفيذ وهذا ما يقوم به المكتب فهو لا يفترض ان قرارك نهائي وتحتاج نصائح ويرتب عنك كل التفاصيل من مغادرتك وحتى عودتك سالماً. لذلك التطبيق الأكثر ذكاءً ومن يريد منافسة المكاتب هو من يركز على حاجة الناس للخبرة والتنظيم والمشورة والدعم أكثر من مجرد عرض ومقارنة أسعار وعروض.
