As marketers, we need to document our processes like mad. Agencies should be releasing case study videos that are properly produced. How do we want to reference and learn where there are no materials to work with. If I’m building for the Nigerian market, I should be able to get good data to help guide my decisions. If I’m exploring a strategy, there should be a use case somewhere so I can take learnings and know what I’m refining.
