うつ病って「悲しくて涙が出る病気」だと思われがちだけど、 実際は 「脳がバグってフリーズする」 「簡単な作業が分からなくなる」 という、ガチの認知機能の低下も起きる。 心の問題じゃなくて、完全に脳のエラー。 普通にできてたことができなくなるし、お風呂の入り方すら見失う。 自分がポンコツになっていく感覚、本当に不安になります。

how do severely depressed people watch multiple movies a day, binge anime or actively read? all I'm good for is sleeping
