Sundays are for self-reflection and product development. I haven’t been this hyped about building a product and a complementary IRL business. Between working, working out, doing market research with actual users, talking to venues daily, fighting internal demons, building a new community of movers and shakers, and curating experiences and knowledge, I can finally take a step back—just for a moment—to appreciate how much a solo founder can achieve through sheer grit and drive. Below are some UX images from the @prime8app dApp on @solana as I now work toward submitting our entry for the @OnePieceLabs hackathon, and applying for a few more accelerators and incubators while shipping the MVP. Prime8 is a consumer discovery app building onchain loyalty infrastructure for the $5.6T wellness economy, while connecting wellness venues into a shared participation and rewards network. Now, off to the Onsen to hang out with the crew while we brainstorm some entertaining, some dismissible, some applicable, and some scandalous ideas and thoughts. Here is an example of a trained model that curated and organized a list of all angel investors and funds in the health, wellness, and healthtech sectors, based on their most current active positions, narratives, regions, and cheque sizes. In addition, the LLM strategically planned outreach with clear context and timing. I could have achieved the same result with a broker or dealmaker in 3 months at a minimum cost of $25,000. So yes, AI is here, and it is pretty damn good if you know how to operate, communicate, and guide it for the desired outcomes. A recent example I used was a comparison to our housekeeping staff: when we give them more than one task, they usually deliver substandard results on one of the 3 to 5 assigned tasks. On the other hand, when we outline the steps clearly with a checklist and re-verification step, the outcomes are better, require less human intervention and supervision, and are more satisfactory. Treat AI models like personal assistants: delegate smaller tasks with defined next steps and a carrot-on-a-stick approach.

Anyone who says AI isn't good enough yet & it will be 10 years before their jobs are replaced... are completely ignorant & have their heads in the sand
