With $BTC's monthly close today, it’s worth pointing this out. BTC has only ever recorded 6 consecutive red monthly candles once before, and that marked the bottom. So the real question is whether this candle closes red or green & what happens afterwards. It’s basically a coin flip.

Define your position sizing in advance, stick to predetermined entry levels, and stay patient. Unexpected events and news can always hit the market. Over the long run, your own thesis and accumulation plan should stand against that noise with conviction, a mindset you define beforehand and then consistently execute. Another common approach is waiting for confirmation and accumulating the next higher low once price exits an accumulation range into an emerging uptrend. But that requires some experience with market cycles. Cash is king (~90% sidelined). Timing beats time (~ $50-55k next area of interest). Only clean setups structure is still in a downtrend, rising wedges across the board, we got another fast downtrend rejection, so a breakdown could lead to a lower range, where deeply oversold conditions would accumulate, some bottoming structure should form first, with bidding capitulation wicks occurring at predefined levels. Patience is a skill, best practiced with price alerts and doing nothing. Everyone ultimately develops their own strategy.

$BTC OrderFlow 📊 Price is currently trading in a tight range, showing compression while we can see different participants building positions. So what's most likely next? 🤔 Spot flows indicate distribution, meaning real supply is entering the market. At the same time, Bybit futures show new longs opening with buyers getting absorbed at the highs and with price failing to move higher → bearish absorption. Spot selling combined with increasing leveraged longs is generally a very bearish signal ⚠️ However, on Binance and other venues we see shorts opening while price continues to print higher lows. That's bullish absorption, meaning sellers are unable to push price lower despite their aggression for now! So overall OrderFlow is very mixed and difficult to read. My base case; spot selling combined with new longs adding fuel to the fire makes a move lower more likely than a sustained push higher for me. However, the bullish absorption, thus liquidity building above current highs, make a liquidity grab above the highs to squeeze those shorts very possible. If price breaks above the current highs, sweeps the liquidity and forces shorts to cover but fails to follow through and instead falls back below the highs (swing failure pattern), while spot continues to sell, it would signal massive weakness. In that case, after the failed breakout, we can expect a strong and sustained move lower. (NFA!) #Bitcoin #BTC

I played it a bit too conservatively, so you should at least made this much % return, had you followed. We’re seeing the same structures now forming at the highs as well. Previously, we had blow-off tops. Now, we’re seeing controlled distributions, with the participation from larger market participants. @JesseOlson pointed it out early this cyle using the Wyckoff-Schematic. Note: Wyckoff didn’t invent this. He defined and organized a general schematic, like the first person sketching the human heart for his textbook. The mechanism already existed. There are many other schematics describing similar processes. This is simply how markets function... liquidity, positioning, and human behavior repeating over time.
