AI thumbnails are great for videos where 10 minutes went into the script, an hour into editing, and 5 minutes into the title.
But if you've spent hours writing, days editing, and hours crafting the perfect title... why would you package all that effort in a thumbnail that looks like everyone else's?

What's the problem with that?
Open YouTube and you'll see hundreds of thumbnails that look almost identical.
Because everyone has access to AI, everyone is trying to make a thumbnail in five minutes. Over time, viewers develop banner blindness. They instantly recognize the "generic AI thumbnail" look and scroll past it because it no longer feels valuable or worth their time.

I'm not against AI. I use it every day.
The difference is that AI needs direction. Strategy. A clear idea. Color choices. Typography. Composition. If you don't give it those things, it'll default to the same formula: 100 visual elements, gold highlights, heavy glow, over-filtered faces, and exaggerated expressions.

@HP1Design I totally get what you're saying but brand's team is giving me texts so cant do anything. You should see my other thumbnails though. They're clean and you'll love it !!

@thumbrevstudio Thanks, great job! 🙏🏻 However, in my opinion, there is too much text and the subjects are a bit small. At first glance, the audience might not be able to tell exactly what it is, and this is where the "three-second golden rule" for thumbnails comes in to help boost views. 🔥
