Choosing rest. Protecting your peace. Setting boundaries. Prioritizing mental health. These are not signs of weakness, they are acts of self-respect. Let’s remind women that they don’t have to burn out to prove their worth. #SereniMind #WomensMentalHealth #SoftLife

Whatever helps you get over that hurt, ensure you do it. Dwelling on hurt causes mental distress and it effect is always negative. If speaking up helps relieve the hurt, speak up, if going out takes your mind off that feeling, go out. It’s a consistent effort.

Hurt is an emotion distress, and you’re allowed to feel it when something doesn’t feel good or right but you’re not allowed to dwell on it because it can mess with your mental health. Let go of every pain/hurt because you’re not doing them a favor, you are doing you a favor.
