@Alex_Lipniski Don’t see it mate, he tactically isn’t good enough, hence being unable to win a game from a behind position since 2023. This is because he is solely focused on sitting behind the ball an countering. To be clear, I’m not Eustace out - but I think long term he won’t take us on

@traviscomery I can see him taking us beyond being a mid table champ club yes- had Blackburn in & around the playoffs last season. He may not have plan B now, could be different next season. Mac took over a squad that had been gradually assembled over 3/4 years. We don’t have such luxury atm

Seen people calling for Eustace out. Mid table- a position everyone would’ve taken. Given Birmingham and Blackburn’s fortunes directly after sacking JE- it’s not a change I endorse by any stretch #dcfc

@Alex_Lipniski This is my point exactly, can you see him taking us beyond a mid table championship club? I can’t, he has no plan B, and if we’re chasing a game at home, we look completely clueless as to how to break a side down. I remember being excited every time we came forward under McClaren

@traviscomery Respectfully disagree. Like with Warneball in 23/24, it’s painful but it’s doing what needs to be done which is improving our league position on the previous year. Even if JE doesn’t succeed- I reckon at the very least he’s doing a Nigel Clough job which is helping to assemble…
