A self proclaimed socialist once made fun of me for wearing the same shoes to class everyday. When I said it’s because shoes are expensive he asked how I could afford college and seemed repulsed when I said I was there on a scholarship. They are deeply unserious.

It's as simple as showing up ten minutes before the interview, speaking with the manager, giving him a firm handshake, and telling him you'll be the best hire they'll ever make.
