there’s something about the way Heeseung talks about his past. he doesn’t try to sugarcoat it, he straight up admits he was struggling, that he didn’t know much, that he was fragile.
he understands that not everyone will like you, and instead of letting that break him, he learned to accept it & move forward. acknowledging that if he lets negative opinions get to him, it can affect his ability to do what he normally can, yet rather than staying stuck in that, he chooses to let it go, not dwell on it, and become even more confident in the things he’s worked hard on.
it’s no surprise that over the past few years, he’s grown into someone more confident in himself, more steady in what he does, and more certain of the path he’s built for himself. I'm so proud of him 🥹🫶🏻 #heeseung

that’s why a lot of you don’t understand the gravity of the situation he was put into by his company. you feel more sad/entitled about the fan service or whatever parasocial shit you have with him, instead of recognizing the fact that their company admitted they set a schedule so tight it wouldn’t allow anyone to have opportunities for artistic freedom
he’s always been consistent with his desire to make music and have opportunities for growth. he’s always dedicated time training, even saying he loves to train how to put emotions to every lyrics he sings. he’s always dedicated time for self improvement to show a better stage. but here you are implying he doesn’t care about his fans because he went online for 90 times only? i’m glad he lost all of the fans like you, as long as he don’t lose himself
