It’s not prideful to get upset that a loved one has pushed you away during their time of need. It’s normal to be upset that someone you care about doesn’t want to ask for help when they desperately need it.

i understand this… but also why are you pushing away the people who actually care enough to want to help? We, as individuals, cannot function properly while isolated. YOU NEED TO BE OKAY WITH INCONVENIENCING THOSE WHO CARE ABOUT YOU BC THEY WANT TO HELP YOU CARRY THE BURDEN
