The Cowboys lucked into both Romo and Dak. And since then, every QB they’ve drafted, traded for or signed has been wildly underwhelming.
Do you honestly believe that’s going to suddenly change and the organization drafts a top 10 QB out of the gate?

@jonmachota just told us the 3rd in return for Osa is likely to be kept not traded. Mentioned many college coaches now on Cowboys staff, they know these prospects. Won't be surprised to see them aggressively trade out of 12 or 20 to get more top 100 picks.

@ConnorNFLDraft You can literally do this for any defender... pull up Micah or Myles Garrett film and certainly you will find plays where it was miscommunication on the OL or the QB held on to the ball too long, or ran right in their direction.

and that's really my thing: being able to have multiple trains of thought at the same time.
1. these are really good moves (Thompson is an A+ move).
2. IMO, the #Cowboys need to do more (particularly at LB+ CB). they tried, yes, and whiffed, but get back to the plate.
all of this is true, so don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
