In Pakistan, I have seen Butterfly Pads doing an excellent job of making little gift packs for periods & related hygiene to young girls. They offer info booklet, stickers, keychains, a bag that can be used for storing pads or cosmetics, liners in different sizes. Great effort.

I thought I was over my anxiety until I went in for an MRI. I nearly went into psychosis trying to stop myself from jumping out of there.

At this point I just don’t want to go in for any more tests or scans. I justttt want to get better and never worry about my health again.

I rarely taste my food while cooking, I cook entirely on confidence and vibes so the finished product is always a surprise to me as much as it is to you. If you eat my food and something is wrong, please know that I am also a victim and we are in this together.
