hello @smtickets, sana ayusin niyo naman platform niyo. online tix selling na nga lang magccharge kayo ng napakalaking ticketing charge + required niyo pa na physical tix so may printing fee pa pag nagclaim. 1) bakit hindi pwede presale code muna bago queue? nagawa naman daw dati sa ibang groups, bakit for exo hindi magawa? 2) bakit walang timer sa ADD TO CART palang? nag “improve” kuno kayo ng platform para iwas scalper pero kung wala namang time limit para mag add to cart & checkout, edi tambay lang sila dyan at maghhold ng tickets. 3) bakit dalawa yung capcha? may capcha bago mag queue, tapos may capcha pa bago mag select ng seat + confirm. hindi ba enough yung unang capcha sa simula? for a very large enterprise like you, we expected more. sana naman maayos niyo yung mga flaw sa system.
