@luffy_d_monki I think it's resistance built up over centuries of fighting. Even professional fighters or athletes in our world deal with pain completely different than someone that's maybe never trained in fighting or tough physical exertion in their lives.

Do the viltrumite have a threshold hold of pain, or they don't they feel anything pain at all? Just look at this monster. Throughout the show, i haven't seen any of them show a sign of being hurt by anyone.

@WorstGenHQ I'd say Kaguya wasn't badly written, she was badly executed. IMO, if Naruto and Sasuke fought Rinnesharingan Madara fought a climactic battle and Kaguya herself just took over Madara when he was weakened, that would have been infinitely better than the Black Zetsu betrayal.

Big 3 and their villains. Except for Kaguya, every single one is well-written in my opinion.

@RadziSlaw8 @christ621ml Hax are still overcome by strength in Naruto and Bleach, take a look at genjutsus or ninjutsus completely resisted by stronger shinobi or Hados in Bleach negated by stronger opponents. Even in One Piece, stronger Haki undoes Devil Fruit effects.

@user_ruser @christ621ml How is speed supposed to save them from instant position swapping? Luffy is also light-speed at that point. Hax abilities usually work within universes like Naruto or Bleach. In Dragon Ball, they don’t really work on stronger characters.

@moromisu_su I respect your point and I agree with it in an ideal world. And I do pay currently because I can afford to as well. But I do also understand the angle of piracy for many when so many services have degraded their services for still higher prices.

@moromisu_su The 2010s already proved that people want to pay and do things the right way, but companies cannot see past their greed. When you now need to pay for multiple services just to watch 2-3 of your favorite anime, people are going to pirate in silent protest.

@moromisu_su You might be surprised but when Netflix offered good service, piracy dropped to an all-time low in 2015-2016. It didn't rise in recent years out of people's greed, it rose because of corporate greed driving higher costs only to have a show they're watching disappear next month.

@moromisu_su I'm not justifying piracy for the sake of piracy, it's risen in response to a market plagued by costlier and worse experiences. We buy these subscriptions only to still watch ads before everything and get region-locked from our favorite media.

@moromisu_su My original comment did intend to mostly discuss how we could support the actual animators. But if we are discussing piracy's morals on its own, it's hard to simply point a finger and call it stealing when these same services regularly remove shows or material without notice.

Naruto and Bleach also have endless hax of the same variety but giving every power to each character doesn't just multiply power.

@moromisu_su I mean this with all respect, but your argument makes no sense. There's no backing to your point of "obviously paying money." The companies I mentioned don't even pay animators yet you're defending them in a market where these services continually charge more for less.

@RadziSlaw8 @christ621ml Both Ichigo and Naruto would easily teleport/flash step before that move made contact, and that's even assuming such powers work when dealing with stronger opponents. The truth is "every power" doesn't mean much, it's really more dependent on the strongest powers.

@moromisu_su And I agree with your fears. But I am saying that this is exactly why these predatory large companies thrive. Look at Crunchyroll and Netflix that we pay for every year to watch our anime. They doubled their revenue in the last few years. Why didn't animator revenue increase?
