Sure feels that way. Republicans have failed miserably in congress. Can’t get anything done but pi$$ away more money, expanding the deficit, and allowing fraud to continue unchecked. It has been a pathetic display. And along comes Trump to say “hold my Diet Coke” as he becomes the lapdog for a certain Middle East country leading us into a monumentally unpopular war with Iran. Absolutely have abandoned the American people. Why should we vote for Republicans? I am struggling mightily to figure out why.

The Big Victory that Trump points to here is that Iran will open the Strait of Hormuz. The Strait of Hormuz was completely open before Israel and the US attacked. It was closed only as a response to the war. So congrats on getting the Strait of Hormuz re-opened. Huge victory.

@TRHLofficial It was a ridiculous choice of words. It was deeply disturbing to see that it came from our president. Despicable.

Can we all at least agree that “a whole civilization will die tonight” was far too broad a choice in words, and maybe “a whole regime” would have fit his intention better, or are we too deep into doublethink.
