Pothole’s first time on the beach
The New York City skyline could soon be getting a little darker if a new bill is passed in Albany. The bill would require many outdoor lights to be turned off between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. This would affect residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal buildings in the state. There would be exemptions, like street lights and holiday decorations. Right now, the bill is just in the first stages.
