Hello everyone, while we are currently in the process of resolving a dispute with MEXC, preliminarily assessed at up to USD 33,682,000, in accordance with contractual procedures, I would like to ask whether you or your acquaintances have experience with listing on cryptocurrency exchanges. Following our detailed submission of information and supporting materials, we are currently awaiting further feedback in accordance with the agreed dispute resolution process. I would appreciate it if you could share your experience (or that of your colleagues) interacting with various exchanges. In particular, I am interested in whether you have encountered situations such as: 1️⃣ Unilateral changes to key economic parameters — for example, changes to the listing price 2–3–5–7 days before trading launch, or anything similar. 2️⃣ Late and forced ticker changes initiated by an exchange shortly before listing (e.g. within 5–10 days), especially where such changes affected marketing positioning and audience perception. 3️⃣ Deviations from agreed trading launch procedures — for example, asymmetric order placement where sell orders were allowed while buy orders could not be placed, potentially affecting price discovery and creating reputational or commercial impact. 4️⃣ Situations involving marketing tokens — for example, cases where tokens allocated for marketing purposes were handled in a way that materially affected initial price performance, and where documentation regarding such execution was disputed or unclear. XP LABS AG 🇨🇭 (Zug, Switzerland) is currently in the process of resolving a dispute with MEXC (@MEXC_Official) in connection with the listing of the #XP8 token. According to a preliminary assessment, the claimed amount may total up to USD 33,682,000. We believe that a number of contractual and procedural issues resulted in significant reputational damage to both the project and 178 partner authors. The matter is being addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism provided for in the Agreement, and we remain open to an amicable settlement.
