This is actually the strongest argument against AI replacing creative workers, and most people miss it. The GoT Big 5 had leverage because they were IRREPLACEABLE. Not because they were talented actors (thousands are). Because the audience had emotional bonds with THEIR specific faces, voices, mannerisms. That's the moat humans still have over AI: identity attachment. An AI can generate a perfect Tyrion performance. But it can't be Peter Dinklage. The question for every worker in 2026: Are you providing a skill (replaceable) or an identity (irreplaceable)?
