@Computer_basic0 This will not work , you are running the command prompt in the context of the pe environment . You can rename cmd.exe to sethc.exe , reboot , at login prompt press shift 5 times , then run the net user command .

You won’t be able to access the command prompt. That’s because when you try to access it, it will ask for the password you forgot. Also, Windows has now taken measures to prevent this. The utility doesn’t work. Also, using magnify.exe (magnifier) instead of the utility would have made more sense. However, it won’t open that either. Let me tell you a simpler way. Get a USB flash drive. Install Hiren's Boot on it. (You can do this using the Rufus program.) Insert the flash drive and select it as the primary boot device. After booting from it, you can reset the forgotten password using the "Password Recovery" option.
