If you're sitting at 1k hours going hard negative, perhaps pvp just isn't your thing. Punishing everyone with sbmm so this hypothetical giga-tard can have a slightly more enjoyable time is brain damaged behavior.

@KnownAsSys Sbmm ruins everything and that's coming from a not great pvp player i think I'm a 1.25 overall, I understand why the people that are like 0.5's want sbmm but what they don't understand is they are most likely going to get stomped with or without sbmm

@KnownAsSys league? and a few others are generally much harder games/exception to that rule d2 theres not really any incentive to improve especially now when you're rewarded the same regardless of outcome we're likely never getting complete cbmm for the same reason crossplay isnt in pvp

@KnownAsSys That’s true, but removing SBMM pushes lower-skilled players out. As they leave, yesterday’s middle tier becomes the new bottom, and then they leave too. If the experience feels like constant punishment, the player base just erodes from the bottom up, creating a kind of SBMM.

@KnownAsSys How are you punished with sbmm? Actually, playing good and hard games? Or do you prefer to just join a lobby, stomp some kids/noobs, and go 30/2? Just say that you want to farm people without having to make a smurf.

@KnownAsSys SBMM has forever been the ultimate shot in the foot for any game. Remember a time before SBMM (and every other variant of matchmaking that followed…) and it was actually fun. These kids just don’t know how good you had to be back then. And how games didn’t need that to be good

@KnownAsSys PVP is not for everyone regardless of the game. But if that person no matter their skill level is learning at their own pace and enjoying it let them be!
