For those wondering why the Trump administration betrayed America’s ally of 10 years SDF in favor of an Islamist terrorist and former ISIS/Al-Qaeda leader, the reason should be obvious: They needed a puppet willing to do their dirty work, and Al-Julani promised to deliver. The SDF project was never “attractive” to them because it rejected sectarian war, promoted coexistence between Kurds, Arabs, Syriacs, Christians, Muslims, Yazidis, and others, and offered a political model based on pluralism, women’s participation, local democracy, and ethnic-religious coexistence. Al-Julani’s Islamist project, on the other hand, was far more useful to them because it is deeply sectarian: massacres against Druze, Christians, Alawites, Kurds

Will Al-Julani attack Tripoli in Lebanon? Yes, he has no other choice From the beginning until now the only reason Al-Julani was receving so much Western and Gulf support is to achieve directives, which are: 1. Not to allow Iran to return to Syria 2. Fight Pro-Iranian militias in Lebanon and Iraq

The Kurds were not an "ally", they were a US "partner". Allies have mutual defense treaties & intel sharing, like the US has with Turkey. The US made it explicitly clear that their relationship with Kurdish militants was "tactical, transactional, & temporary". That nobody on your end wanted to accept that was bizarre cope — and it explains why you're always wrong about everything. Al-Sharaa is a fine interlocutor that the US can work with. He's shown to be more honest, reliable, more adept at fighting ISIS, a far superior military commander & tactician, & more competent at governance too. This is why he was favored over Kurdish regional commanders who were always known to be shady & dishonest, and only ever enjoyed a limited amount of respect, trust, and influence in Syria. You post pure cope day in & day out, and your predictions are consistently incorrect. Anyone who views you as a reliable, informed, and trustworthy source is a buffoon with terrible judgment.

@RojavaNetwork Yes but that’s politics, and if that’s so obvious then it was a miscalculation by the Apocis to first trust Trump administration and to continue with their utopian dream and not adapt to the real situation. Jolani knows how to play, hevals didn’t
