Personally, Ithink it should be illegal for publishers to shutdown a game that someone paid for/invested money in. If they shutdown a game in a way that people cannot access it anymore, you should get a full refund, in game purchases included. But that's just my opinion.

JUST IN: Apple Patent Reveals Earbuds Designed to Monitor Brain Activity. Full patent in comments. Apple has filed patent US20230225659A1 describing earbuds capable of measuring biosignals from inside and around the ear, including electroencephalography (EEG) to monitor electrical brain activity, along with other signals like muscle movement, eye movement, and heart rate. The patent explains that placing electrodes in or near the outer ear allows more accurate readings with less visibility and device movement, raising concerns about how much data these devices could collect and how powerful this technology could become.

🚨 Une école a interdit aux garçons de porter des shorts pendant une vague de chaleur, ils sont donc venus en jupe ! En juin 2017, à Isca Academy en Angleterre, alors que les températures frôlaient les 30°C, le règlement imposait toujours le pantalon. Pour protester contre cette règle jugée injuste, plusieurs élèves ont décidé d’enfiler des jupes, autorisées par l’établissement. Une action maligne et pacifique qui s’est révélé efficace puisque l’établissement a fini par assouplir sa politique. 🏫 (via The Times)
