To get into the xbox servers on destiny 2 the final shape, you need to uninstall and reinstall the game

We are aware that the Twitch Drop time requirements for the Destiny 2: Into the Light streams do not match what was originally announced. Because we are unable to adjust the requirements for the active drops without removing progress already gained by players, we will be remaining live until 11:30 AM PT for the next two streams to give players extra time to earn these emblems.

You had too put him in a the winter defending evo that gave you jockey+, let that expire then put him in the TOTY Prospects. I plan on not claiming either evo, using my red card to turn make him not “in progress” then do another
