Not the best start to the day as a number of my results are in and it seems I’ve been jogging along with a number of my meds not up to scratch either because the dosage is wrong or some I’m not even on! A pituitary brain tumour basically means the functions of the pituitary gland aren’t happening destroyed by the tumour so the body is bereft of hormones - check it out and you’ll see, best described as having a symphony orchestra but no conductor. I’ve got to have another MRI to make sure nothing is growing inside my head. I knew that I had mild CSVD disease but my blood pressure is too high and could make it worse which leads to more problems. Apart from that I’m fine and I will keep on doing what I do with major changes in my medication. At 75 I should be so lucky that I’m still pacing this earth. Thank you everyone for the many messages of support, concern and love. Thank you for being there 🌹

So many of you have always been there for me and my love for the island and its people is forever true. Remembering my dearest friend Martine Delamere from Westport, County Mayo who was taken away from us far too young. Memories of happy days of laughter and spiritual support.

We remember the heroic crew of Coastguard Helicopter Rescue 116 who lost their lives in the service of others, Captain Dara Fitzpatrick, Captain Mark Duffy, winch operator Paul Ormsby and winchman Ciarán Smith. "All gave some, some gave all. So that others may live" 💔

Anyone got any good travel/motion sickness hacks? I’ve tried otc travel sick meds (make me too tired), the accupressure wristbands & even the silly-looking glasses to no avail I’m a whole grown adult who has to bring sick bags with me wherever I go just in case 😓🥲

St Patrick’s Day is Ireland’s national day. It marks the feast of our patron saint and celebrates Irish history, Irish music and Irish culture. Everyone is welcome to celebrate with us. Ireland has always been welcoming. But the day should remain about Ireland. Turning St Patrick’s Day into a global “celebrate every culture” festival misses the point. Every nation deserves one day each year that honours its own heritage. Ireland deserves the same.

I can’t thank them enough for sorting out a dental problem that’s pestered me for the past 14 months and 4 abscesses. This is the before photo! Thank you to every single one of you who sent me love and good luck - you’re adorable 🤗 The perfect due - Doc is an Aries and Bethany a Sagittarian and my tooth issues have been due to transiting Saturn in Aries in opposition to my natal Saturn! 🪐 So an Aries orthodontist is the perfect St George to a dragon of a tooth 🦷🖤 I’ve got stitches in the gums as the tooth fell apart it was so bad and the gum split. Yesterday I was given the privilege of speaking to the core staff at @MCC_Brussels. I presented key data from my book to highlight the structural issues that have led to the vandalisation of Ireland. But I made special mention of Ashling Murphy, the recent r*pe of a woman with intellectual disabilities by an Afghani in the steam room of the pool in my home county of Clare, the r*pe of a 10 year old child by an African 'asylum seeker' in the City West hotel, the stabbing of three children outside a by an Algerian. It was important to put human stories to the carnage our politicians have so fecklessly invited onto native Irish people. I hope it shames them. They deserve more than public humiliation.
