Sowore is not AAC first. He is Nigeria first.
Justice Crack exposed soldiers being starved and mistreated on the frontlines. The military arrested him, chained him to a tree, handed him to the DSS, and slapped him with criminal charges for the crime of speaking truth.
Sowore, frontliner in the push for his release. Met with the AGF. Showed up at court. Made noise when the system wanted silence.
Justice Crack is not even AAC. Didn’t matter. Because Sowore’s politics is not transactional. It is principled. You do the right thing because it is right, not because there is something in it for you.
That is the difference between a politician and a movement leader. Politicians count votes before they count conscience. Sowore counted none of that.
Nigeria needs more of this people who fight for you whether you are their voter or not, whether you carry their flag or not. That is what genuine opposition looks like. That is what genuine leadership looks like.
If you are tired of political actors who only show up when there is gain, you already know where the alternative is.

Yeah, this video with @akandeoj on @channelstv #INSIDESOURCES says it all.
Make sure you watch it to the end. In just a few minutes, I summarized a political agenda centered on the total liberation of Nigerians from poverty, insecurity, corruption, exploitation, and bad governance.

@KaroBlvk @FinPlanKaluAja1 It was not minimum of 70k that drove prices through the roof. It's corruption, bad policies and government inefficiency.

Emefiele, a notoriously corrupt former CBN Governor, single-handedly built a 753-unit housing estate through corruption. Yet @DanielRegha attacks @Sowore for proposing one million housing units across Nigeria during a four-year period, but Daniel quickly labels it “an obvious unrealistic promise.”
This is peak empty-headedness. You constantly complain about bad governance and poor leadership, but the moment bold, proven individuals who genuinely want to solve problems emerge with ambitious solutions, you are the first to dismiss and undermine them.

Is Sowore even a serious politician? How can you be heavily criticizing the opposition for the hardship caused using naira devaluation as a point, but then make promises of increasing minimum wage to "N500,000" if elected; And knowing full well that this will cause inflation and also devalue the naira even more. Let's leave the one million home project aside which is an obvious unrealistic promise from him, the minimum wage statement alone is laughable.

Today we took a walk through Millennium Park, Abuja. But beyond the walk, something bigger is cooking, something that will make good governance look as natural and accessible as a walk in the park for every Nigerian.
Vote wisely. Vote for competence. Vote for courage. Vote for genuine change.
