Another night, no light, much heat, and with no direction from the govt. And still some persons will open their mouths to gaslight their generation.

@instablog9ja A cleaner at a bank is still an employee and should be respected for earning an honest living; If the bank wasn't kept clean, you'd be the first to complain. No job is unimportant.

Always check your partner's phones, without permission, and go thru all chats of both genders. Check bank transaction history too, very important. Better safe than sorry.

I just read that Nigeria under Tinubu's government has signed a deal with the UK to "receive deported failed asylum seekers, criminals" to the West African country. So Africa is now a dumping ground? If the UK can't handle their asylum problem why and how does it concern us. Nigeria for one is already overpopulated with nothing meaningful to show for it, but instead of trying to fix the nation and continent at large, our leaders continue to take us backwards without a second thought.

Tiwa Savage is one amongst many celebs in Nigeria who are part of the problem; Even if the Royals invited her personally, she ought to decline without hesitation. Why? Because of the state of the country. Nigerians are suffering immensely, from the bloodsheds to the lack of basic amenities, but instead of using the opportunity to send a strong msg, she's dining abroad with the govt that has brought upon this hardship. We see it time afer time how Nigerian public figures seems to care only about themselves and nothing more, they neither speak up nor show any empathy, and Nigerians enable this by choosing to forget. As long as there's no serious accountability, nothing changes.

@General_Somto Nigerians who barely drum support in political conversations went all out to encourage u in ur case against Umahi and u went ahead to literally mock everyone by compromising at the very end. Umahi is no saint but she played herself. Whatever happened is of her own doing.

“I Haven’t Been Paid My Full Money Yet. Minister Dave Umahi Used My Lawyer, Barrister Marshall Abubakar, To Trick Me Into Making The Retraction Video To Clear Him. I Was Forced To Make That Video. The Agreement Was That Once I Made It, I Would Be Paid Before It Was Released To The Public But Instead, They Released It Without My Consent And Without Paying Me. Nigerians Please Come To My Rescue.” ~ Businesswoman Tracy Ohiri

Defending the govt has to be a sign of low IQ at this point. Obviously, because what is there to excuse?

Next thing we might hear is that a private citizen now owns a powerplant, all of a sudden it's been completed, and one is being commissioned. Everywhere the govt fails, a private citizen steps in and makes us pay the price heavily. I don't trust the Nigerian govt, or the circumstances surrounding events.

@LarryMadowo Senegal shouldn't return that AFCON trophy, let CAF find another one for Morocco as participating trophy. And if they are forced to, the team should never participate in the tournament ever again.

Senegal’s president casually updates his social profile pictures to include the AFCON trophy behind him. How do you say “come and get it if you can” in Wolof?
