All numbers are balanced - even master numbers! This Universe only works in balance, yin/yang. Is it not going to give birth to one person entirely superior to another. Let's take examples. 28 - People who are 28 can get rich easily. But they often have failed marriages. (Musk, Gates). They often devote their life to money, failing the other aspects of life. Master numbers - While they CAN operate on a higher vibration than most, they are the hardest reincarnations to pass. They can't receive guidance like the other numbers. They need to figure out their vision/purpose on their own and change this world for the better. With power comes responsibility. So as I said, even if some number might have greater potential, their lives are not easier. They have many many downsides as well. Everything in this world is balanced.
