When I see Mechanical camera (especially CANON type), I think of Joseph as a Photographer – a DECENT JOB - It requires specialized knowledge and experience, and can earn a lot of money LEGALLY. Anyways, I know why I like Joseph because the things I like are clearly shown in WS ^^

@2Boyyyyy That’s why Dyk made TJ sold his house bc the money that he got was DIRTY & EASY money vs Jo who worked hard throughout the story. He didn’t even ask his parents for help/money when he lost his car. He worked hard at his aunt’s restaurant while trying to pursue his education. Jo🩵

Tulips, the symbol of Joseph Landi - He's only the "second male lead," but I'm quite curious: why did the author invest so much in his symbolism?!!! Oh well, every time I see a tulip, I'll remember him! 🌷 Joseph Landi - Boy over Flowers! ^^~

When a truly worthwhile work ends, readers often express regret (because they loved it so much) and want to continue, even with side story more. Conversely, when a work leaves readers exhausted, they feel relieved after it ends (even though the ending remains ambiguous/chaotic)🥴

@erney007 Yeah I think so :)) I like Upi-nim's drawing style and storytelling. In general, I like the whole "The Last Step on the Way" series, even though it's a short story.

Now I understand the only difference between WS and other love triangle manhwa: the MC can move on and have a new life, but WS can't; the author doesn't allow it! It's truly a unique approach (shocking!) 🤯

Love triangle motif wasn't as tiring as the fact MC & ML weren't clearly defined from the start. The back-and-forth between the two MLs is exhausting. Theo and Dylan are clearly defined from the beginning. Theo left the toxic 10-year relationship to begin a new love with Dylan 😊

@BL_Worshipper Hmm, so that's why people often mention Under the Greenlight in their fav BL manhwa collections :) I also liked Walk on Water before that. It's truly a great work, both in terms of art and story :)

@2Boyyyyy When an author truly value their work & hold the story dear to their heart, you can actually feel the loving through the way the character are written. Jaxx’s stories are always amazing with well thought out plot line, amazing character development arc, pace, & beautiful artwork!

With 78 chap, JAXX delivers a complete and clear ending (all plots are handled smoothly) indirectly explaining the work's title. A truly happy ending is MC & ML face-to-face with radiant smiles. Jin broke away from dark past/toxic relationship. He has a happy life with Matthew 🥰

In short, whether in manhwa or in real life, nobody encourages you to continue a toxic relationship 🥹
