El hecho de que Sabastian Sawe haya corrido el maratón en menos de dos horas tras un desayuno de dos tostaditas con miel y una taza de té da mucho que pensar sobre las teorías de los nutricionistas deportivos.

@eljaybee8 @dieworkwear Trousers that are tight as far as the knees, and very flared after that, usually down to the floor. They had no waistband because they were worn with T shirts or kaftans (!). Worn by all the cool kids in the late 60s and early 70s.

This was a very enjoyable read. Big admirer of Monty Don's style. For about five or six years, I emailed him once or twice a year to see if I could interview him about his sense of dress, but never with success. To me, he's a great example of developing personal style.
