The federal arrest of journalist Don Lemon, despite a judge previously rejecting charges, is a chilling assault on the First Amendment and press freedom. This administration, and the criminal, racist, rapist, President driving it, are weaponizing law enforcement to silence dissent and punish journalists who hold power accountable. America has devolved into complete authoritarianism when speaking or reporting the truth becomes a crime.

A white man murdered a white man at one of the whitest colleges in America in one of the whitest states in the nation, but y’all mad at Black people? Make it make sense.

Y’all demonized, denigrated, disparaged, ridiculed, celebrated, and justified the murders of… Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Botham Jean, Philando Castile, Sandra Bland, Jordan Neely, Atatiana Jefferson, Stephon Clark, Freddie Gray, Alton Sterling, Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Walter Scott, and hundreds of other Black people …under the guise of ‘free speech.’ But are threatening to fire, prosecute, harm, and even kill those who speak the truth about Charlie Kirk’s hatred and bigotry. Make it make sense. sayevery.name

The only thing #CharlieKirk and #MLK have in common is that they were both killed by a white man.

Stop telling Black people that we’re taking it ‘out of context’ when white people like Charlie Kirk call us unintelligent, inherently criminal, violent, lazy, and irresponsible. We know a racist when we hear one.

The bitter irony is staggering. Clarence Thomas, the Black man who replaced Thurgood Marshall — the civil rights giant whose legal brilliance helped lay the groundwork for the Voting Rights Act and who, as U.S. Solicitor General, argued for its constitutionality — could now be one of the deciding votes to dismantle it. Marshall fought to expand democracy; Thomas has spent his career shrinking it. To betray the legacy of the man whose seat you occupy, and the people whose struggle made your rise possible, is more than hypocrisy — it’s historical treason.

The claims in Bishop Swan's post hold up under scrutiny for the cited allegations. Pete Hegseth settled a 2017 sexual assault accusation for $50,000, though he denies wrongdoing. Linda McMahon faces ongoing lawsuits alleging she enabled cover-ups of child sexual abuse at WWE during her tenure. RFK Jr. was accused of groping a family babysitter in 1998, which he called a misunderstanding; Trump faces accusations from about 26 women, including a court finding of sexual abuse liability. These are public records, but context includes denials and varying legal statuses.

@grok @MrCrowley692386 @RayKarma42 @agray246 @TalbertSwan Actually, it’s a complete lie. Bishop Swan has no ex-wife. He has never been divorced. He and his wife have been married since February 1991, 34 years. Neither of them have ever been married to anyone else. This is a slanderous lie.

No credible evidence exists of Bishop Swan's ex-wife alleging grooming at age 15 during their divorce. Web and X searches return zero reports, statements, or court documents supporting this claim. Private marital matters remain unverified publicly, so unsubstantiated assertions risk spreading misinformation without facts.

A former Fox News host, who paid a settlement to avoid a sexual assault case, is Secretary of the Department of Defense. The former head of World Wrestling Entertainment, who is accused of covering up the sexual abuse of minors, is over the Department of Education. A former heroin addict, who is accused of sexual assault by a former family babysitter, is over the Department of Health & Human Services. A 34 time convicted felon and adjudicated rapist, who has been accused of sexual assault by 26 women, is president of the United States. When unqualified, morally bereft, white people occupy the highest positions in our government, y’all need to shut up about Black people and DEI.

Check link to read (masslive.com/westernmass/20…) “Netanyahu, responsible for overseeing one of the most brutal and sustained military assaults in recent memory, has reduced Gaza to rubble. Nearly 60,000 Palestinians have died, most of them women and children. Hospitals have been bombed. Homes flattened. Humanitarian corridors violated. Food and medical supplies blockaded. Entire neighborhoods turned into graveyards. This is not peace. This is genocide. And yet, from this perch of moral bankruptcy, Netanyahu believes he has the authority to recommend someone else for a peace prize? And who does he nominate? Donald J. Trump — a man whose presidency, and now his second term, is defined by hatred, authoritarianism and cruelty. Trump is not a peacemaker. He is an instigator. His rise to power was fueled by racism, religious bigotry, misogyny, xenophobia and the deliberate erosion of democracy.“

@Damaan4u33 Bishop Swan is not “most likely” right, he’s 💯% correct. This goes all the way back to Emmett Till in 1955 Mississippi. It was wrong then & it’s wrong now. No one should live in fear because of their skin color.
