@shunting_yard I don’t think he was a temp voice. Why would they get an A-list actor to do that? Again he was supposed to do season 12 narration and a few more but they just didn’t like how it came out

@71_lbsc Before the got Angelis and Brandon back, he narrated everything. Instead of being the final narration, they used it as a temp track to be dubbed over later, animation takes time and clearly they used his voice for the lip-sync, which explains the pacing/tone issues in both dubs

I’m willing to bet money that all the narration Pierce Brosnan did for Season 12 will be heard someday.
I just know they would not simply delete the original audio done by an A-List actor who played Bond, especially if they used it for all the lip-syncing.
It’s saved SOMEWHERE.

The smoke used (at least in the classic seasons) was like real toxic to the point the crew had to wear smoke masks for safety reasons. They would they dump it into the air.
Keep in mind this was the 80s and 90s so pollution laws weren’t as strict back then

I know we have this conversation every week but I like learning new things: What is GENUINELY the most useless piece of Thomas knowledge that you know For me it’s that there was a 6 season gap without characters who had 1 syllable in their name (Max in S6 and Whiff in S11)
