@SteveWhiteRail Looking back 35 years (ouch!) some shifts would hold the Marsh Link at Ashford forever if the down Cross was late (and delay the northbound train at Rye). Others wouldn’t hold it at all. This drove passengers nuts. We introduced a standard policy, 10 min IIRC, a big improvement!

@8violas Such as; weather, the number of people in the area, the height of buildings, the number of available masts etc. As data is ran on 4G/5G frequencies this can be the reason and calls run on a different frequency that being 2G. [2/2] Richie
