What an absolute credit our year 6s have been on residential this week! They have shown incredible teamwork and resilience but most of all, they have had lots of fun.
Year 2 had an amazing time at Burnham On Sea. They had lots of fun visiting the coast and learnt all about the seaside. They built sandcastles, collected shells and ended the trip with an ice-cream ! Watch out for the seagulls who were trying to share the children's lunch!
Today is the last day of the bookfair- a huge thank you for all your support this week! There has been lots of excited children browsing and buying new books to read at home.
Year 5 enjoyed a trip to Conkers this week! The children enjoyed the barefoot walk as well as several activities trails, and a workshop based on coal mining!
We hope the children (and adults) have a restful, sunny week off after a very productive half term! We leave you with this GIANT egg laid by one of our hens. Just look at it ! See you in a week !
To celebrate the King's Coronation we held a special assembly led by Mrs Lynch. Children sang songs to honour the King and had lots of questions about the ceremony!
