Something I saw today on Xiaohongshu really moved me. A VIP player has been messaging Papergames' customer support for THREE consecutive days. Not to complain. Not to demand. To encourage them. "Resist the pressure." "Don't let negative emotions get to you." "You've worked so hard." "Take care of your team's wellbeing." And the support team? They were responding at midnight. Sending hugs.
