Labour is delivering investment to grow our economy and make working people better off.

Let me be clear on the measures in our Bill: The Tories left schools haemorrhaging teachers. We're restoring teaching as an attractive profession. That means a core expectation of good pay & conditions, with the ability to go further. In other words a floor, but no ceiling.

Pleased to see two friends still in politics awarded knighthood @SadiqKhan and damehood @EmilyThornberry though it's about time we had a system to recognize people without involving the disfunctional and outdated royal family.
