The arbitration landscape is evolving—and so is the training behind it.
In partnership with @StetsonU College of Law, the AAA is launching a three-week online course designed to help new attorneys and those newer to arbitration build essential advocacy skills.
Through expert-led lessons, practical exercises, and personalized feedback, participants gain hands-on experience in openings, examinations, summations, and the core mechanics of the arbitration process.
Flexible weekly modules, live office hours, and a certificate upon completion make this an accessible pathway to stronger arbitration advocacy.

“Arbitration Ends Trade Disputes: New Organization with Commercial ‘Umpires,’ Stops Litigation.”
That was the headline in 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘵 on Nov. 6, 1926, just 10 months after the AAA was founded.
Backed by leading universities, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and 243 affiliates, the AAA was already delivering faster, more affordable dispute resolution — averaging just $20.50 per case. From bold reformers to established business leaders, two competing visions united to create a new path to industrial peace.
A century later, that promise still stands — fast, fair, and fearless ADR.
