Anyone OGs on Roblox remember this item? Most people don’t know but there’s a gold version of this item that was released on sale for 10k R$ for 1 day only. Only 300 ever existed, half of them were deleted.. and only 1/4 of those are still around today. These items are is super undervalued #Roblox

@AREGames_Tweets Mostly scripter but I do solo dev as well, I track my working hours and I make about 100$ per hour (obviously very hit or miss depending on if the game blows up or not but averaged it's ~100)

Question for Roblox developers (I'm genuinely curious) You're offered 30,000 R$ for a task that must be completed within 2 weeks around your own schedule The task requires you to provide your best work and put in probably 8-12 hours of work to complete before revisions. No extra pay will be offered for having to go back and fix things. No revenue split is offered. Do you accept, decline or counter offer? Explain why #Roblox #RobloxDev #RbxDev

Wow, great analysis. I completely agree, you can get low quality or pay for the best quality. Thanks for the insight. Hopefully this helps encourage other developers (including myself) to not undersell themselves for the level of time, dedication and effort required for their expertise

If no % share, I wouldn't do it for less than $100/hr.. but that's very senior dev rates, and guarentees you get what you want. I've found in hiring freelancers, you always get what you pay for.. The engineering trillema. Fast, Cheap, Good.. you can only have 2 of the 3 at any one time. You can have fast and cheap, but it won't be good. You can have Good and fast, but it won't be cheap. You can have good and cheap, but it won't be fast.

[Part 4] This guy guy won 5 Roblox contests in 2007-2008 Most notably he got a gold medal during the Domino Rally Building Contest (DRBC) He was awarded the Domino Crown + Lifetime Builders Club (now called Roblox Premium) Jacobxxduel won a Domino Crown and was also a member of this guys team.
