Bit of an odd one but anyone out there suffered from sciatica at any time? If so, what advice to help could you pass on (please don’t say painkillers). Have read plenty but just interested if anyone found something really useful. Thanks.

@ASL0205 As regards tipping, I do alright in both codes Andy (bar at Cheltenham!) but if I had to pick one it would be the flat. There's less variables which helps form to stand up more often. As an owner it would be the Flat without a doubt.
