Is it legal for the city to issue parking tickets on a street it doesn’t own? @AdamForSTL @stltreasurer Street cleaning signs are still up on Bell Ave between grand and spring. Enforcement officer said as long as the signs are up, tickets will be written.

The Kiel Garage turns 30! The Kiel Garage opened in October of 1994! The garage was build to meet parking demand for the Blues and events in the area. Eric Clapton, Billy Joel, and Frank Sinatra were some of the first performers at the Kiel Center in October of 1994!
