Love Don't Cost a Thing is a sweet and heartwarming love story about two teenagers who discover that real love isn’t about popularity, money, or pretending to be someone you’re not.
The movie follows an intelligent but unpopular boy who makes a deal with the most admired girl in school to pretend to be his girlfriend. What begins as a fake relationship slowly turns into something genuine, filled with laughter, jealousy, emotional moments, and the beautiful realization that love grows best when two people truly see each other’s hearts.
It’s the kind of romance that reminds you that the most meaningful connections come from sincerity, loyalty, and accepting someone exactly as they are. Beneath the fun high school drama is a touching message: the best love is the one that makes you feel free to be yourself. 💕

I was supposed to meet Alex for coffee after work yesterday, but by 4pm I was completely wrecked.
The week had been nonstop—two back-to-back deadlines, my boss dumping extra work on me, and I’d barely slept.
My anxiety was through the roof and I felt like I was one email away from a meltdown.
I texted him: “Hey, I’m really sorry but I need to cancel tonight. I’m exhausted and not good company right now.”
I expected the usual “no worries, another time” or maybe a slightly annoyed “k”. Instead, forty minutes later my doorbell rang. I opened it in my ratty hoodie and messy bun, ready to apologize again, and there was Alex standing on my porch holding a paper bag and two iced coffees.
“I’m not staying,” he said quickly, smiling. “I know you said you needed space. Just wanted to drop this off.”
Inside the bag: my favorite chicken noodle soup from the little deli on Main Street, a fresh sourdough roll, a bar of that dark chocolate with sea salt I always talk about, and a small packet of those fancy lavender bath salts my sister gave me for Christmas that I’d never used.
