unrelated but; this is the drink that made me close the curtain on alcohol forever. i had just arrived back to school from lagos and small motion dey hand. “oh shit! it’s my guys birthday.” okay, we weren’t going to do anything crazy so he went to the store near the house to buy everyone black bullet… one each. we started blasting music and dancing, him babe put food for fire and we kept going to get more and more… i ended up taking 5, and the last thing i remember was when i went to the balcony and made myself vomit on two different occasions. fast forward to the next morning, none of us knew how the music stop, food on the fire was burnt to ashes na neighbors come off am, and i woke up with my face in my own vomit, plus other peoples vomit littered all over my room and bed. “what’s this shit!” …the questioned i asked myself that started my hatred for alcohol.
